What You Need to Succeed
šExperience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR generalist roles or a combination of specialised HR functions. šAdaptability: Proven experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. šPeople management: Experience in people management is an advantageous asset, highlighting your leadership skills and capacity to foster a collaborative work environment. šRewards or performance management: Experience in rewards or performance management is an added advantage, illustrating your ability to design and implement programs that recognize and enhance employee performance šAnalytical: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data-informed decisions and address complex HR challenges effectively. šLearning Agility: Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends, and adapt HR strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its employees. šCommunication: Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
