Job Overview
šAs Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with firm management to craft and execute a winning strategy dedicated to bringing on-board and nurturing talent for the long-term success of the company. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers to define roles spanning across varying technology, investment, and operations functions. You will develop and employ bespoke sourcing strategies, partnering with agencies or designing recruitment campaigns to find the right hires that are in-line with hermeneuticās rigorous technical standards and open culture.
Responsibilities
šDevelop the recruitment and talent pipeline within the company across all levels and divisions. šConduct interviews and provide strategic advice on high-level talent decision making. šCoordinate aspects of employee on- and off- boarding, outsourcing non-sensitive administrative and operational processes where possible. šDiscuss and identify talent gaps, future development opportunities and training needs and create new training initiatives accordingly. šDefine metrics to understand employee performance and engagement so business leaders have information they need to manage teams effectively. šBuild and maintain an environment where the companyās culture flourishes and ensure employees are aligned with it.
Qualifications
šSignificant leadership experience in people/talent management in the asset management industry, exposure to crypto and/or technology-driven buy-side firms preferred. šHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong presentation and communication skills along with a strong sense of urgency. šPrior success in establishing and achieving key performance indicators, short and long term priorities and ability to shift direction in a fast paced environment šCollaborative, team player who enjoys working in a flat environment. šBachelor and/or Master degree from a recognized university. šFluent English verbal and written skills required, bilingual Chinese/English fluency is preferred. šPreference for Taiwan-based or APAC-based candidates, relocation assistance to Taipei will be provided.
