Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Prime/OTC Dealing Desk Management: šŸ“Create and manage a prime/OTC dealing desk to optimize trading operations and enhance market liquidity. šŸ“Oversee the execution of trades, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. šŸ“Regulatory Compliance: šŸ“Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate local crypto regulations in key markets such as the US, EU, and Australia. šŸ“Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while developing strategies to mitigate legal risks. šŸ“Major Account Development: šŸ“Identify and develop major accounts in key markets, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. šŸ“Drive account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement. šŸ“TradFi Partnerships: šŸ“Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. šŸ“Leverage existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration. šŸ“Product Enhancement: šŸ“Collaborate with the product team to enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands. šŸ“Provide strategic input to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs. šŸ“Global Team Leadership: šŸ“Lead and inspire a global business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. šŸ“Set clear objectives, provide mentorship, and drive team performance to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Proven experience in managing prime/OTC dealing desks and trading operations. šŸ“In-depth knowledge of local crypto regulations in key markets. šŸ“Strong background in developing and managing major accounts in the US, EU, Australia, and other key regions. šŸ“Extensive experience in building partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to work closely with product teams to enhance and develop market-relevant products. šŸ“Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and growing high-performing global teams. šŸ“Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
