Requirements
šThe Sr. Technical Product Manager will have at least 5 years experience as head of product & 10 years industry experience. šFull ownership of the product roadmap and it's delivery šEvaluate and prioritize specific opportunities and areas of improvement for the Mina protocol šDevelop product requirements šCollaborate with engineering, cryptography & other teams in the ecosystem to design, develop, build, QA, and release new products & developer tools for the Mina protocol šCollaborate with the ecosystem participants (e.g. node operators and developers) to address their needs, communicate product roadmap, and incorporate their feedback into product roadmap š5+ years of previous experience in engineering & computer science šSome understanding of blockchain or distributed systems šStrong Foundation within web 2 šExcellent communication skills šFamiliarity with layer 1 and layer 2 landscape & the technical issues in these ecosystems.
