Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Engage and close new partners across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines 📍Develop and execute an outbound partnership strategy 📍Identify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodus’ products 📍Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution 📍Negotiate and structure partnership agreements 📍Build scalable processes for partnership development 📍Represent Exodus at industry conferences and events
Who You Are
đź“Ť5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3 đź“ŤProven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships đź“ŤStrong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders đź“ŤAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership đź“ŤStrategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving đź“ŤAbility to travel to in-person meetings đź“ŤPassion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends
