Responsibilities:

📍Design and implement fast-paced marketing experiments 📍Create marketing and branding strategy for Twitter and Discord. 📍Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, recommending adjustments and innovations as needed. 📍Work in collaboration with the product team to design features and growth experiments aligned with our business objectives. 📍Manage a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous innovation. 📍Help make assertive business decisions taking into account the growth context.

Requirements: 📍Proven experience and track record in growth hacking for DeFi and Web3. 📍Understand the business of crypto derivatives exchanges (centralized and decentralized) 📍Expertise in recruiting and managing KOLs, preferably in the crypto trading segment. 📍Experience in crypto-native hiring 📍Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and good practices of growth management.

Nice to haves: 📍Experience using data analysis to guide marketing strategy decisions. 📍Strong technical understanding of DeFi protocols 📍Business development experience
