Job Summary


📍Drive usage of Metaplex programs by ecosystem projects such as marketplaces, launchpads, games, social apps, DePIN projects, etc 📍Develop and execute growth strategies for digital asset scaling solutions across the SVM, including driving adoption of new Metaplex products 📍Form strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth of the Metaplex Protocol 📍Oversee Metaplex Foundation’s grant strategy including allocations, structuring, and strategic considerations 📍Serve as a key point of contact for ecosystem teams, token holders, and other community members 📍Collaborate with Marketing to distribute protocol updates including relevant KPIs and product release information to key stakeholders in order to increase awareness of the protocol 📍Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to develop go-to-market strategies

What you bring:

📍7+ years of relevant work experience including prior experience in a business development / partnerships, ecosystem growth, or strategy role at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm) 📍Prior experience completing an investment banking, consulting, private equity, or similar training program is a plus 📍Deep passion for crypto, NFTs, and blockchain technology, preferably with an interest in Solana 📍Ability to quarterback and execute deals from start-to-finish including managing key internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions 📍Team player that’s comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while wearing many different hats 📍Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form 📍Self-starter who’s detailed oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity
