Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDrive usage of Metaplex programs by ecosystem projects such as marketplaces, launchpads, games, social apps, DePIN projects, etc šDevelop and execute growth strategies for digital asset scaling solutions across the SVM, including driving adoption of new Metaplex products šForm strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth of the Metaplex Protocol šOversee Metaplex Foundationās grant strategy including allocations, structuring, and strategic considerations šServe as a key point of contact for ecosystem teams, token holders, and other community members šCollaborate with Marketing to distribute protocol updates including relevant KPIs and product release information to key stakeholders in order to increase awareness of the protocol šWork closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to develop go-to-market strategies
What you bring:
š7+ years of relevant work experience including prior experience in a business development / partnerships, ecosystem growth, or strategy role at an L1/L2 blockchain or similar (e.g. portfolio support at a venture firm) šPrior experience completing an investment banking, consulting, private equity, or similar training program is a plus šDeep passion for crypto, NFTs, and blockchain technology, preferably with an interest in Solana šAbility to quarterback and execute deals from start-to-finish including managing key internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions šTeam player thatās comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while wearing many different hats šExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal form šSelf-starter whoās detailed oriented with the ability to handle ambiguity
