In this role, you will:

📍Build our growth engine. Stand up the core systems (campaigns, lifecycle journeys, qualification, analytics) that turn signups into pipeline and revenue. 📍Design and execute growth experiments (in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, email campaigns, funnel tests) to increase activation and conversion. 📍Work closely with product, design, and marketing to operationalize user data and create full-funnel motions (from inbound to upsell). 📍Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and partner with a data contractor to surface insights – and act on them. 📍Support all Dune product lines by tailoring growth strategies to different user journeys and GTM needs. 📍Be willing to get hands-on by running manual outreach, building scrappy workflows (in Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc) while setting us up to automate later.

Requirements for this role:

📍Experience driving growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell—not just one slice of the funnel. 📍Comfort both strategizing and rolling up your sleeves to run campaigns, set up tools, and ship experiments. 📍Comfortable hacking together quick solutions while keeping long-term scalability in mind. 📍Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, product analytics (we run on Amplitude and Metabase), A/B testing, onboarding flows, CRM/automation tools. 📍Ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, and turn product data into actionable insights. 📍Experience working with data teams or SQL to self-serve insights.
