📍Conduct daily data analysis to understand user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance. 📍Monitor cost, ROI, and other key growth metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign effectiveness. 📍Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and optimize user flows to increase conversion rates. 📍Develop and implement creative growth strategies, including but not limited to voucher campaigns, task-based incentives, and other user engagement tactics. 📍Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage platform capabilities and drive product enhancements that support growth objectives. 📍Initiate and lead growth projects independently, ensuring detailed execution and conducting thorough post-mortem reviews to extract learnings and improve future initiatives. 📍Continuously track, report, and communicate growth performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience in a growth-related role with strong data analysis skills and logical problem-solving ability. 📍Proficiency in data tools and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools). 📍Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing projects end-to-end from ideation to execution and review. 📍Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis. 📍Creative mindset with experience designing and executing growth strategies such as voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams. 📍Passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
