What you will do
đź“ŤCampaign Support: Test, iterate, and scale paid media channels (UAC, Meta, Apple Search, TikTok, Paid Search, Display, Affiliates) đź“ŤTesting: Run A/B tests, iterate quickly, and support data-driven growth experiments. đź“ŤCreative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ideate and iterate on creatives and maintain a steady creative testing pipeline đź“ŤAnalytics & Insights: Track campaign performance and learn how to optimize key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI). đź“ŤExperiment & Learn: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new tools and techniques to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge đź“ŤGrowth strategy: Proactively assist with GTM strategy and support major marketing campaigns with tailored growth marketing strategic planning and execution
About You
đź“ŤAs a Growth Marketing Manager you will be expected to maintain operational excellence and make sure that our performance marketing campaigns are following best practices. You are proactive and keen to try and test new growth strategies and find cost-efficient ways to build awareness around MoonPay and increase our user base. You want to exponentially grow in the field of Performance Marketing.The ideal candidate is a quick and eager learner who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at context switching, and takes proactive initiative to drive impact. Experience in Web 3 and crypto (professional or personal) is a huge plus.
