Job Summary
What you'll do:
šDevelop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for gaming partners on Arbitrum, combining traditional and web3 marketing techniques including social campaigns, content creator activations, digital marketing, and innovative web3-native engagement methods like NFT and token-based esports activations. šDesign and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns for the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem, working closely with the gaming partnerships team to align partner objectives with increased on-chain activity. šServe as a strategic growth consultant to gaming partners, deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions to accelerate their on-chain adoption and success. šOrchestrate end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with community, partnership, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact across all channels. šBuild and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, providing strategic input on go-to-market strategies, sharing market insights, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious partner growth targets. šEstablish and evolve growth frameworks and community engagement programs that strengthen the cohesion and vitality of Arbitrum's gaming ecosystem.
What you'll need:
šGaming and/or Web3 professional marketing experience is highly preferred.5+ years in growth management, in relation to Web2 and Web3 related growth experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview. šIn-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem. šGood grasp of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. šEffective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners. šStrongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done. šBe able to work across time zones with global partners. šStrong spoken and written English communication skills.
