Job Summary
What You'll Do
📍People Operations Architecture & Transformation 📍Own the design, implementation and evolution of all People Ops processes across the organization. 📍Audit and deconstruct existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, risk, and scalability gaps. 📍Rebuild processes from first principles to improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience. 📍Establish and drive operational standards and SLAs 📍Move the function from reactive administration to proactive, scalable infrastructure. 📍You are responsible for the system - not just the steps inside it.
What Makes a Great Candidate
📍5–10 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles - you've built this before, in a fast-paced or scaling environment. 📍Proven track record of rebuilding broken or inefficient processes into scalable infrastructure. 📍Deep understanding of AI tools and automation platforms and practical experience implementing them in operational workflows. 📍Strong systems thinking and process engineering mindset. 📍Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and EOR structures. 📍Advanced HRIS expertise (HiBob, Rippling, BambooHR, etc.). 📍In-depth knowledge of Notion, G-Suite and Slack including integrations, automations and AI features
