What You'll Do
đź“ŤPeople Operations Architecture & Transformation đź“ŤOwn the design, implementation and evolution of all People Ops processes across the organization. đź“ŤAudit and deconstruct existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, risk, and scalability gaps. đź“ŤRebuild processes from first principles to improve speed, accuracy, and employee experience. đź“ŤEstablish and drive operational standards and SLAs đź“ŤMove the function from reactive administration to proactive, scalable infrastructure. đź“ŤYou are responsible for the system - not just the steps inside it.
What Makes a Great Candidate
📍5–10 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles - you've built this before, in a fast-paced or scaling environment. 📍Proven track record of rebuilding broken or inefficient processes into scalable infrastructure. 📍Deep understanding of AI tools and automation platforms and practical experience implementing them in operational workflows. 📍Strong systems thinking and process engineering mindset. 📍Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and EOR structures. 📍Advanced HRIS expertise (HiBob, Rippling, BambooHR, etc.). 📍In-depth knowledge of Notion, G-Suite and Slack including integrations, automations and AI features
