Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate growth manager who is familiar with the crypto industry to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate is an English fluent, data driven, passionate and highly adaptable crypto native. You will be working with the developers and operations/marketing team to plan and expand the local P2P markets, which contributes to the growth of our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase P2P market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics in the Latam/Nigeria/India + Pakistan/Russia/Asian regions. Create and execute localized strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystems, including Gamefi, NFT marketplace, and DAO. Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization. Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and markets. Cross-functional collaboration with different teams and geographies. Organize offline activities and conferences to promote products of PearDAO.
Qualifications
Previous experience in opening markets for P2P products similar to PearDAO’s. A minimum of 5 years of proven success in leadership positions. Web 3 spirit with long term determination to build the industry. Background in at least one or a combination of business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management, venture capital, and portfolio management. 2+ years offline events hosting experience, including but not limited to venue management, materials preparation, communication skills with people from various backgrounds. Effective communicator, able to represent PearDAO to external channels. Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects. Data-driven approach to decision making. Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision. Fluent in English and local language speaking.
