Job Summary
Responsibilities
šGrowth Strategy & Execution: šDevelop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across institutional audiences. šOptimize lead generation efforts through paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and strategic partnerships. šDrive continuous experimentation and A/B testing across landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and other strategies to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
š6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS. šDeep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.), marketing automation, and funnel optimization. šProven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. šStrong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. šExperience managing webinars and virtual events as part of a broader growth strategy. šStrong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
