Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Plan, launch, and optimize integrated growth campaigns using data-driven insights to increase user acquisition and retention. 📍Track campaign performance and analyze user data, applying insights gained through A/B testing to refine future efforts. 📍Analyze market trends and user data to optimize growth strategies and marketing activities continually. 📍Establish and maintain templated workflows that enable quick turnarounds for high-impact initiatives. 📍Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring scalable processes that accelerate growth. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on company-wide growth initiatives.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in a related field. 📍2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or similar roles (crypto/fintech is a plus). 📍Proficient in data analysis; able to translate numbers into clear action items. 📍Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; taking ownership and moving projects forward. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 📍Resident of Turkiye.
