Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Leading a team of backend developers (Golang) 📍Architectural design of new services and improving existing solutions 📍Participation in the architectural committee 📍Enhancing the performance of a cryptocurrency exchange in the context of a volatile market 📍Ensuring code quality through reviews 📍Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of services 📍Debugging, testing, and optimizing services 📍Collaborating with other teams (testing, DevOps, product teams) 📍Developing processes and culture
Requirements:
📍Extensive backend development experience of at least 5 years 📍Experience in team management for at least 2 years 📍Willingness to take services from requirements to production 📍Understanding of asynchronous/event-driven and multithreaded programming, with experience in high-load systems 📍Experience with cloud services, especially AWS/Kubernetes. Terraform experience is a plus 📍Strong knowledge of Postgres 📍Rich experience working with Kafka
