Job Summary

What you’ll be working on:

📍Driving independently the search strategy. 📍Sourcing highly qualified talent needs using a variety of sourcing channels. 📍Conducting pre-qualifying phone screens on candidates. 📍Partnering closely with the business teams to meet the needs of the company to place talents into appropriate roles. 📍Utilising the company’s recruitment tools and processes to execute workflow and track/measure results. 📍Tracking and reporting sourcing results. 📍Making long-term plans and getting relationships with potential candidates.

About you:

📍An independent and fully active talent acquisition who feels comfortable searching for the best commercial/technical talent. 📍Comfortable with the fast-paced working environment. 📍Self-management ability and a team working with people from different countries. 📍Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. 📍Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. 📍Pleasant personality, hands-on, achievement-oriented, detail and deadline-orientated. 📍Ability to work in a high-volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. 📍Experience in all areas of crypto/IT recruiting (developers/engineers, architects etc.), especially sourcing for recent technologies will be a plus. 📍Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while exhibiting exceptional team skills.
