Job Summary

What you'll do

📍Hire, Develop and support recruitment team and their relationships with key business partners 📍Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to generating new sales leads 📍Hands on in headhunting at all levels is a must have with a 360 degree view. 📍Create and implement world-class, global staffing processes and business strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality and speed of hires 📍Lead and inspire dedicated recruiters to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the staffing strategy, updating the staffing status and ensuring tight alignment with the business plans 📍Design and support professional development plans, helping recruiters grow in their competence, and gain new skills

Requirements

📍An experienced people leader with 7+ years experience, who thrives on mentoring and encouraging your team to success. 📍Extensive experience as a headhunter and account manager is a must. 📍Have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process in tech. 📍Demonstrated success in building out, leading, and developing teams of high-performing individuals. 📍Experience working for, or would love to work for a global company, and experience in recruitment is APAC 📍Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex strategy discussions. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships; an ability to identify and galvanize a complex web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities. 📍Enjoy the ambiguity of the startup company.
