Responsibilities

📍Serve as the principal legal lead for Binance’s global regulatory affairs, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and managing regulatory risks across all jurisdictions where Binance operates. 📍Develop, implement, and continuously refine Binance’s global regulatory legal strategy to ensure alignment with evolving international laws and regulatory frameworks. 📍Lead and manage the global regulatory legal team, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across regions to address regulatory challenges effectively. 📍Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities worldwide, building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate constructive dialogue and advance Binance’s regulatory interests. 📍Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and approvals on a global scale. 📍Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of regulatory matters affecting Binance’s products, services, and business operations globally. 📍Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments, anticipate potential impacts on Binance’s business, and advise senior management on necessary compliance measures and strategic responses.

Requirements

📍Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant international regulatory legal experience. 📍Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in regulatory legal roles, preferably within the technology, financial services, or cryptocurrency sectors. 📍Proven expertise in managing complex regulatory compliance issues and engaging with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions globally. 📍Strong knowledge of global financial products, including spot and derivatives trading, payment systems, and digital assets. 📍Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global regulatory strategies in a fast-evolving and highly regulated environment. 📍Experience leading and managing high-performing legal teams across multiple regions.
