Job Summary
What you’ll be doing
📍Oversee and guide the team responsible for Global Programs targeting a diverse range of creators, including individual artists, professional studios, and incentive schemes 📍Develop and execute strategic plans for the Global Creators department 📍Continuously gather and analyze feedback from creators and studios, as well as insights from gaming and web3 platforms, to refine the overall strategy 📍Establish, monitor, and communicate the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Global Creators team 📍Collaborate with the Product Team to innovate and implement new features that address the needs of creators, such as Game Maker tools, monetization options, and analytics 📍Work alongside the Marketing team to strategize and produce content for Global Creators initiatives, including events like Creators Day and the Creators Awards 📍Partner with the Marketing team to foster the growth and development of the next wave of creators within The Sandbox platform Build, lead, and maintain a skilled and culturally diverse team on an international scale
REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for 📍10+ years of experience in the gaming industry 📍Solid understanding of User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms, including knowledge of incentive mechanisms in both web3 or web2 environments 📍Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects effectively and make a significant impact 📍Experience in building and leading a diverse and skilled team 📍Experience in leading extensive cross-functional projects, with the capacity to influence teams beyond direct management lines, such as marketing, product, and data teams 📍Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management 📍Strong focus and adaptability in a dynamic environment, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously amidst continuous changes 📍Fluent in both spoken and written English
