Responsibilities

📍Community Building and Management: Scale, manage, and direct community-driven initiatives. Guide Discord and Telegram groups, create city-specific meetups, and operationalize follow-ups. 📍Engagement: Actively engage with community members across various platforms, providing tools and resources to encourage interaction and meaningful discussions. Spam memes and other fun content to keep the community excited and engaged. 📍Ambassador Programs: Help manager our ambassador program to empower and engage community advocates. 📍Content Creation: Work closely with our Social Lead to create compelling content for campaigns, including meme templates and other community resources. Create impromptu content based on Twitter narratives and community needs. 📍Event Coordination: Organize and participate in community events, webinars, and meetups to build relationships and foster connections within the community. 📍Feedback Loop: Gather and relay community feedback to product and development teams to ensure user needs are met and to inform future product development. 📍Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment to inform strategy and demonstrate impact. 📍Crisis Management: Handle challenging situations calmly, especially during high-stress times like airdrop programs, maintaining a professional demeanor even when faced with negative feedback. 📍Culture of Excitement: Fearlessly embody and promote Story Protocol's personality. Be the biggest idiot in the room to encourage others to step up and engage. Create a culture of excitement and inclusivity.

Who you are

📍Proven experience in community management, ideally within the blockchain, AI, or technology sectors. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology, IP management, and the web3 ecosystem. 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Ability to create engaging content and drive meaningful conversations. 📍Experience organizing and managing events, both virtual and in-person. 📍Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment. 📍Passionate about Story Protocol’s mission and the potential of blockchain and AI technologies. 📍Hands-on approach to community management, willing to engage directly with community members from day one. 📍Resilient under pressure, able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude. 📍A natural at creating excitement and engaging with online communities, with a knack for making the Story Protocol personality shine.
