Key Responsibilities

📍Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets in Vietnam. 📍Lead and manage all aspects of the Vietnam operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government authorities. 📍Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost control. 📍Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. 📍Drive a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. 📍Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. 📍Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums. 📍Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local operations with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 📍Strong government relations in Vietnam. 📍Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or Country Manager. 📍Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese market, business practices, and regulatory environment. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 📍Commercial enough to handle a JV 📍Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 📍Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. 📍Experience in crypto/ technology/financial services/Internet industry is a plus.
