Job Summary
Key Responsibilities for this role
šDevelop and implement strategic vision to achieve long-term growth and profitability. šOversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service. šManage the P&L, providing financial leadership and implementing corrective actions to optimize profitability. šConduct market research to identify growth opportunities, capitalize on emerging trends, and stay ahead of the competition. šLead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. šBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities. šImplement and optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. šEnsure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. šChampion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. šPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear insights into business performance, trends, and future forecasts. šLeverage strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate customer problems and inspire teams.
