What you will do:

📍Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver an inclusive onboarding experience and drive diversity, equality, and wellness initiatives. 📍Develop and execute year-round activities, events, and recognition programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and social connection. 📍Ensure all programs and events promote cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and align with company values. 📍Measure the success of initiatives through feedback and metrics, using insights to continuously improve the workplace experience. 📍Partner with the Workplace Experience Facilities Specialist and support organisational change management and communication efforts. 📍Foster a fun, supportive environment that encourages participation and celebrates achievements.

What you will bring:

📍Experience in an Office Management or Workplace Experience role within a corporate environment of similar size (or larger) 📍Strong knowledge of office and business procedures. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
