Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOversee the daily operations of the Dubai office, including procurement and vendor coordination. šManage documentation, meetings, travel arrangements, and employee visa processes. šEnsure compliance with UAE laws and renew licenses and permits as required. šFacilitate employee onboarding, maintain records, and support payroll processes. šManage office maintenance, safety, and security measures. šPrepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations. šProvide administrative support to senior management and handle special projects.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. šMinimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, office management, or a similar role. šExcellent organizational and multitasking skills. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills. šProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative tools. šFluency in English & Arabic
