Job Summary
Qualifications:
📍 Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in gaming, esports, or web3. 📍Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming ecosystems, including competitive gaming dynamics, tournament operations, and player communities. 📍Technical Expertise: Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, NFTs, and cryptocurrency, particularly in gaming or esports contexts. 📍Product Management Skills: Strong experience in roadmapping, prioritization, UX design principles, and data analytics. 📍Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, driving results in a fast-paced and innovative environment. 📍Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to inspire team members and engage stakeholders. 📍Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
📍Experience with popular web3 protocols and tools (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, ImmutableX). 📍Knowledge of tournament management software such as Game SDKs, competitive game ecosystems, and esports industry trends. 📍Experience managing tokenomics, staking, or other blockchain reward systems.
