How you will make an impact:
📍Develop analytics frameworks that cover user behavior, retention, and engagement to evaluate player activity and game performance. 📍Recommend and integrate analytics tools aligned with the user journey to capture daily, weekly, and monthly player insights. 📍Design and validate event tracking in partnership with developers to ensure accurate data capture for gameplay and UI interactions. 📍Analyze player behavior on metrics like session frequency, duration, progression trends, and drop-off points to guide game design and features. 📍Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for development, marketing, and product teams. 📍Optimize the analytics setup through ongoing recommendations focused on engagement, retention, and monetization.
Your character build:
📍3-5+ years of experience in game data analytics, with proven expertise in structuring, tracking, and analyzing metrics within online games. 📍Proficient with game analytics and visualization tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Looker. 📍Skilled in SQL and data analysis using tools like Python or R to extract and interpret data effectively. 📍Deep understanding of key game metrics, including DAU, MAU, retention rates, user progression, and in-game purchases. 📍Strong problem-solving skills to identify user behavior trends, make performance improvement recommendations, and ensure data integrity across analytics platforms.
