You Have:
đź“ŤProven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth environment. đź“Ť2+ years of experience in engineering management - setting roadmap, charter, vision, key metrics for the engineering team đź“ŤTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of data principles, architectures, and technologies. đź“Ť8+ years of experience with big data tools and technologies like Kafka, Flink, Druid, Spark, optimized Sql, Map Reduce, HDFS, Hive đź“ŤExperience with programming languages like Golang, Java, Python, Helm, Terraform đź“ŤExperience working with Cloud providers like AWS - S3, EMR, EKS đź“ŤA graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus đź“ŤRoblox Alignment: Strong alignment with Roblox's leadership principles, including a focus on respect, safety, creativity, and community. đź“ŤExcellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization.
