Job Summary
You will:
šDiagnose issues customers are experiencing with Shakepay šHave a thorough understanding of our products, features, and processes šCollaborate with other team members to resolve customer inquiries šRelay feedback about the customerās experience to other teams šInvestigate suspicious activity, gather information, and take appropriate actions to prevent fraudulent activity šDemonstrate care and empathy while engaging with customers šEngage with customers directly via chat and email šAttend training sessions and other meetings with the customer support and operations teams šCommunicate and interact with other teams through Slack and Google Meet

šHelping with technical issues like 2FA, Mailgun, Twillo šAssisting with KYC (account verification) requests šProviding support to customer support trainees šApproving e-Transfer accounts, replay pending e-Transfers
