Key Responsibilities:
📍Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients, generating your own leads to build a robust sales pipeline 📍Appointment Setting: Take charge of setting up meetings with prospects, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities 📍Closing Deals: Own the sales process from end to end, efficiently closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction 📍Pipeline Management: Initially, you will have access to our No-Shows, Cancels, and Deal-Lost opportunities, giving you a solid foundation to start from
Requirements
What do you bring? 📍Proven track record in sales, particularly in high-ticket or full-cycle sales roles 📍Strong outbound prospecting skills with the ability to generate and qualify leads independently 📍Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively 📍Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own sales pipeline 📍Experience in the DeFi or fintech industry is a plus, but not required
