Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTake full ownership of Francophone Africa regional marketing, from business strategy to marketing on-hands daily execution; šDevelop and execute standard marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture and users; šDesign and execute user growth campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention; Build and strengthen community engagement, managing all social channels; šOrganize and manage offline and online events (meetups, roadshows, collaborations); šManage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI; šDeliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance; šCollaborate cross-functionally with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns.
Requirements:
šMinimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred); šProven track record in campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing; šBilingual English/French is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; šStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions; šComfortable taking full ownership and operating with accountability; šPrevious experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.
