šDevelop high-impact copy for retail app features, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, product launches, email campaigns, push notifications, social content, and lifecycle marketing that simplifies intricate topics (e.g., trading mechanics, staking, security protocols, DeFi integrations, regulatory updates) into intuitive, persuasive copy without sacrificing accuracy. šPartner closely with product, design, growth, and marketing teams to create user-centric copy that boosts engagement, retention, and conversion in the retail app environment. šIterate on performance-driven copy through A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization of headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and longer-form content to deliver measurable results. šLeverage AI tools and build scalable systems (prompt frameworks, templates, workflows) that empower diverse, distributed teams to self-serve high-quality copy while maintaining brand consistency and voice. šUphold Krakenās brand voice: trustworthy, innovative, approachable, and authoritativeāwhile keeping messaging jargon-free, concise, and tailored to retail audiences. šContribute to storytelling that positions Kraken as the go-to platform for retail users building their financial future across the full suite of Krakens retail products.
Skills you should HODL
šBring 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, or performance marketing focused on retail/digital products. šHave a proven ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, accurate, and engaging copy that resonates with non-expert audiences. šDemonstrate strong results in conversion and user-focused copywriting (e.g., app experiences, emails, ads, onboarding) with a track record of improving key metrics. šPossess genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for crypto, blockchain, and financial technologyāideally with hands-on experience in the space. šAre experienced with AI-assisted writing tools and excited to design and implement systems that enable self-service copy creation across global, diverse teams.
