You will partner with the Project Lead to help craft the Mallconomy strategy and drive next-level performance. Additionally, you’ll collaborate frequently and consistently with the C-level leadership to achieve company goals.

RESPONIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Project Lead to identify the most critical priorities to deliver against company goals Work with function leaders to define plans aligned with the overall Mallconomy strategy Manage multiple projects and work collaboratively to ensure timely execution Identify key performance metrics and develop structure to track progress for multiple functions Develop recommendations to solve critical challenges employing a data driven approach Own special projects involving deep data analysis Create content and/or presentations for multiple purposes, including internal strategy and planning meetings, investors, external interviews and appearances, etc. Exercise discretion with highly confidential and/or sensitive information

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Support the Project Lead in his day-to-day activities Serve as a trusted advisor to the Project Lead and handle special projects and ad hoc requests as they arise Prior experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or related business roles Communicating on behalf of the leadership and providing critical strategic context to build stakeholder alignment Measuring progress of internal goals and strategies through KPIs and OKRs Review and advise on improvements to provide feedback and optimise results Highly effective project management skills with an ability to provide visibility and ensure timely execution Ability to lead large scale programs involving multiple functions, resources, and stakeholders Exceptional communication skills across multiple dimensions - drafting strategic recommendations, email, facilitating meetings, etc. Experience building high quality engaging presentations that communicate complex topics, data, and information in a clear and digestible format Expertise defining structured approaches to solve complex challenges Superior data driven decision making and data analysis skills Knowledge of financial services and technology product driven businesses Strong interest in cryptocurrency and a passion for financial inclusion
