In this role, you will:

📍Manage financial systems (Netsuite, ZIP, Metronome, Stripe) to ensure high availability, functionality, and performance. 📍Identify enhancement opportunities and drive the integration of financial systems to streamline workflows, improve data flow and accuracies, and enhance overall operational efficiency. 📍Plan, manage, and execute finance-related projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 📍Partner closely with the Strategic Finance team to implement a financial planning system that supports the corporate planning process 📍Partner with the Head of Finance Business Systems to design and deploy agentic workflows and bots leveraging OpenAI’s technologies to improve productivity and decision-making within the finance organization. 📍Ensure adherence to technology management best practices and strengthen internal controls by identifying and mitigating risks associated with systems. 📍Provide expert guidance and support for systems-related inquiries to internal stakeholders across Controllership, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue and Billing Operations, and other finance teams. 📍Create and maintain system documentation, in addition to developing reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights into system performance and project progress. 📍Manage offshore teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and high performance. 📍Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth, and contribute to a positive team culture.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

📍8+ years of progressive experience managing financial systems and projects, ideally in hypergrowth environments. 📍Strong technical expertise in financial platforms (e.g., Netsuite, ZIP, Metronome, Stripe) and iPaaS solutions. 📍Strong implementation experience in financial planning systems like Hyperion, Adaptive, or Anaplan (required). 📍Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
