As an Associate in Finance, you will support the development of in-house accounting and reporting capabilities. The role focuses on improving and consolidating finance processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

📍Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting in line with applicable accounting standards such as US GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS. 📍Understand company operations and settlement processes, and support trade operations by performing regular reconciliations and verification procedures. 📍Assist in developing and improving processes, policies, and control frameworks. 📍Work within ERP-based environments such as enterprise financial systems. 📍Oversee financial closing and audit-related activities for legal entities. 📍Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to achieve strong financial outcomes. 📍Adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute across multiple areas including accounting, treasury, settlements, and reporting. 📍Gradually build subject matter expertise in accounting, reporting, and regulatory aspects. 📍Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.

Requirements:

📍Graduate in Accounting or Finance with a relevant professional qualification (such as CMA, MBA, or partially completed CA). 📍3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or similar industries. 📍Understanding of financial products and accounting standards. 📍Experience in preparing financial statements and related disclosures. 📍Basic knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP applications. 📍Familiarity with ERP systems used in finance operations. 📍Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools for financial analysis. 📍Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 📍Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Willingness to learn and work across different functional areas. 📍Interest in financial technology, digital assets, and emerging financial systems.
