Job Summary

As an Associate in Finance, you will support the development of in-house accounting and reporting capabilities. The role focuses on improving and consolidating finance processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial information for stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
šManage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting in line with applicable accounting standards such as US GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS. šUnderstand company operations and settlement processes, and support trade operations by performing regular reconciliations and verification procedures. šAssist in developing and improving processes, policies, and control frameworks. šWork within ERP-based environments such as enterprise financial systems. šOversee financial closing and audit-related activities for legal entities. šCollaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to achieve strong financial outcomes. šAdapt to a dynamic environment and contribute across multiple areas including accounting, treasury, settlements, and reporting. šGradually build subject matter expertise in accounting, reporting, and regulatory aspects. šManage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.
Requirements:
šGraduate in Accounting or Finance with a relevant professional qualification (such as CMA, MBA, or partially completed CA). š3ā5 years of relevant experience in financial services or similar industries. šUnderstanding of financial products and accounting standards. šExperience in preparing financial statements and related disclosures. šBasic knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP applications. šFamiliarity with ERP systems used in finance operations. šStrong proficiency in spreadsheet tools for financial analysis. šDetail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. šGood communication skills, both written and verbal. šWillingness to learn and work across different functional areas. šInterest in financial technology, digital assets, and emerging financial systems.
