Key Responsibilities

📍Lead hands-on facility repairs, maintenance, and updates. 📍Inspect and maintain facility systems in accordance with safety codes and company standards. 📍Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers. 📍Oversee renovations, installations, and workplace improvements. 📍Maintain clean, organized, and safe office spaces. 📍Assist with furniture moves and equipment reconfiguration when needed. 📍Proactively identify and resolve facility issues with minimal disruption to business operations. 📍Additional duties as required

Qualifications

📍High school diploma or equivalent. 📍Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 📍Able to lift 75 lbs. as needed.
