Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
📍Act as the first point of contact for contractors, visitors, and staff. 📍Support onboarding for new starters, including access passes and workspace setups. 📍Monitor and respond to facilities requests promptly. 📍Oversee office moves, room setups, and furniture adjustments. 📍Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshooting before engaging contractors. 📍Manage vendor relationships and preventative maintenance schedules. 📍Conduct safety checks, maintain compliance, and support emergency readiness.
Your Skills and Experience
📍Previous experience in a facilities or workplace operations role. 📍Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 📍Excellent communication and people skills. 📍Hands-on approach with the ability to perform minor repairs. 📍Knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements.
