Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Travel Coordination: šŸ“Arrange and manage travel itineraries for the CEO and leadership team, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules. šŸ“ Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and efficient. Event Planning: šŸ“Organize company offsites, and other events, ensuring all logistics are managed seamlessly to create memorable and effective events. Personal Assistance: šŸ“Assist the CEO and leadership team with various tasks as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. šŸ“Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Communications and Calendar Management: šŸ“Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. šŸ“Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. šŸ“Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Operational Support: šŸ“Assist the team with various operational tasks and questions, providing timely and effective solutions. šŸ“ Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. šŸ“ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. šŸ“Strong written and verbal communication skills. šŸ“Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. šŸ“High level of professionalism and confidentiality. šŸ“Ability to work independently and as part of a team. šŸ“Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
