Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant at Azuki, you will...

📍Work closely with Azuki’s leaders to provide high-caliber and thoughtful executive support, unlocking productivity and efficiency and helping them execute on company objectives and priorities 📍Maximize bandwidth; proactively manage calendars and travel with impeccable logistical execution, regularly working through competing priorities, overlapping commitments, individual preferences, and time zones to maximize capabilities 📍Optimize for impact; ensure each executive’s time is focused on the highest impact areas, by owning inboxes and triaging incoming requests, managing action items and follow ups, identifying opportunities for automation and process implementation, and where relevant, actively taking items off of executives’ plates 📍Enhance effectiveness; assess and anticipate day-to-day leadership needs, and ensure executives are prepared and organized for meetings, events, and responsibilities. 📍Facilitate connection; build trusted relationships and excellent rapport with internal and external stakeholders, liaise and facilitate communications, and effectively represent leaders over phone, email, and chat 📍Power collaboration; organize and coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials, such as agendas, presentations, documentation, research and analysis, reports, meeting notes, action plans and follow-ups 📍Enable execution; manage various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely progress and successfully execution in alignment with executives' objectives 📍Expand your impact at Azuki; as you grow in the role, they'll be opportunities to lean into other projects and initiatives with groups and teams around Azuki!

You may be a great fit if...

📍You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 📍You’ve spent 3+ years working in executive/administrative support, operations, project management, office management, event coordination, customer service, or a related area 📍You’re happy and confident interfacing with executives at all levels 📍You have fantastic project management skills, including a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes as expected 📍You are extremely detail-oriented and you have world-class organization 📍You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong capacity to understand others; you enjoy building professional relationships and working collaboratively 📍You have excellent written and verbal communication (Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred) 📍You are biased to action, constantly striving to get things done 📍You enjoy solving problems, and you pride yourself in being reliable and independent 📍You are eager to learn, grow, and develop yourself personally and professionally
