Job Summary
Tasks & Responsibilities:
šServe as a point of contact for the Founder office and manage the communications on behalf of the CEO and executive leadership
šResponsible to manage the complex dairy and provide administrative support in scheduling, meeting preparation, and office support as and when require
šManage the communication with wider stakeholders in the business for the CEO including inbox management, minute taking, board liasion, event management, etc
šCollect information, and do market research to collate reports and advice the Executive team in the best interest of the business
šAlign with the senior leadership team to create and streamline processes, optimize access to information, and management of the organizational matters
šBuild performance tracker to review the progress of strategic projects, coordinate for the completion of what's needed to be done and update the Executive team on overall business progress
šPrioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and accommodate ad-hoc requests, sometimes outside regular work hours.
šMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
About You
šExecutive experience as EA/PA to Executive Leadership preferably in payments/fintech / crypto/banking is preferred šExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; the role requires someone who comes as a convincing, concise, precise, and a good listener whilst also being clear on the next steps as well as ensuring timely follow-ups. šShould have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative, and the ability to work well in a distributed, multicultural, dynamic environment šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to unravel complex issues and devise solutions šExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics šDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving šForward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. šStrong working knowledge in G-Suite (Google Calendar, G-docs, G-sheets, and G-slide)
