Job Summary

What you will do:

šŸ“Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO: manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. šŸ“Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. šŸ“Handle incoming communications, prioritise emails, and redirect inquiries as needed. šŸ“Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. šŸ“Arrange conference calls, webinars, and video conferences. šŸ“Assist in planning and executing marketing projects: track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. šŸ“Coordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and trade shows: manage event registrations, travel arrangements, and on-site support. šŸ“Maintain organised records, files, and databases with discretion for confidential information. šŸ“Conduct research for marketing initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to support the CMO and marketing department.

What you will bring:

šŸ“Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. šŸ“Exceptional organisational and time management skills. šŸ“Strong written and verbal communication skills. šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software. šŸ“Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“High level of discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. šŸ“Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure.
