Job Summary
What you will do:
šProvide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO: manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. šPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. šHandle incoming communications, prioritise emails, and redirect inquiries as needed. šOrganise and coordinate internal and external meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. šArrange conference calls, webinars, and video conferences. šAssist in planning and executing marketing projects: track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. šCoordinate logistics for marketing events, conferences, and trade shows: manage event registrations, travel arrangements, and on-site support. šMaintain organised records, files, and databases with discretion for confidential information. šConduct research for marketing initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to support the CMO and marketing department.
What you will bring:
šMinimum 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role. šExceptional organisational and time management skills. šStrong written and verbal communication skills. šProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software. šAbility to work independently, prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. šHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. šPositive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure.
