Responsibilities:

📍Plan and execute online and offline strategic events across the APAC region. 📍Lead and coordinate local market teams to implement regional offline events. 📍Effectively align business priorities, goals, and key messaging with event activities. 📍Manage end-to-end event operations: pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up, including email marketing, surveys, and internal/external communications (registration management and data reporting). 📍Create event-related materials: brand visuals, agenda design, content creation, venue selection, and on-site event execution. 📍Build and maintain an online event calendar; regularly host webinars and other online event formats through existing communication channels (X, TG, Binance Live). 📍Identify and coordinate Binance’s participation in industry conferences, sector events, and offline community activities. 📍Manage localized execution of regional events in line with global guidelines. 📍Source and liaise with external vendors, conduct comparisons and negotiations. 📍Responsible for budget management and post-event data reporting.

Requirements:

📍Energetic, engaging, and creative; self-driven with a strong team collaboration mindset. 📍Over 5 years of experience in planning and executing both online and offline events. 📍Experience in fintech and digital events preferred; knowledge of the Web3 industry is a plus. 📍Willingness to cover all aspects of marketing and business activities: from small community events to large industry conferences, partner evaluation, and community/angel activation. 📍Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 📍Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with flexibility and professional confidence.
