Responsibilities:

📍Support regional hubs in planning, organizing, and executing events of various formats and goals. 📍Develop detailed event concepts and programs tailored to each hub's needs and target audience. 📍Collaborate with hub team members to ensure events align with local objectives and TON Society standards. 📍Interaction with event speakers, partners, sponsors to ensure their seamless participation. 📍Work closely with designers to create high-quality event materials, including banners, presentations, and social media graphics. 📍Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for speakers and participants. 📍Assist hubs with managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated resources. 📍Supervise on-site event execution in collaboration with local teams, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.

Requirements:

📍5+ years of proven experience in international event management (tech, fintech, or ideally Web3/blockchain) 📍Proven experience managing teams and external agencies/contractors at least 2 years 📍Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across cultures and time zones 📍Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously under pressure 📍Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain ecosystems (experience with TON is a strong plus) 📍Fluent English (B2+ required)
