Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Support regional hubs in planning, organizing, and executing events of various formats and goals. 📍Develop detailed event concepts and programs tailored to each hub's needs and target audience. 📍Collaborate with hub team members to ensure events align with local objectives and TON Society standards. 📍Interaction with event speakers, partners, sponsors to ensure their seamless participation. 📍Work closely with designers to create high-quality event materials, including banners, presentations, and social media graphics. 📍Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for speakers and participants. 📍Assist hubs with managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated resources. 📍Supervise on-site event execution in collaboration with local teams, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.
Requirements:
📍Proven experience in international event management or a related field. 📍Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail. 📍Strong communication skills to interact with diverse contractors and event attendees globally. 📍Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. 📍Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain ecosystems (especially TON) is a strong plus 📍B2 and higher English level is required. 📍Willingness and ability to travel internationally for events.
