Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šFounder Engagement: Build strong connections with founders in Europe, acting as the bridge between TON and the developer ecosystem; šOnboarding & Support: Guide founders and developers through onboarding, providing technical assistance and other resources to ensure a smooth experience building on TON; šEcosystem Support: Act as an account manager for best projects in the ecosystem, coordinating and facilitating marketing exposure, VC introductions, etc; šEvent Coordination: Organize developer focused events, pitch nights, and educational initiatives to expand the TON developer network; šContent & Resources: Create and manage onboarding materials, tutorials, and best practices for founders; šFeedback & Improvement: Gather developer&founder feedback and translate it into actionable insights for improving TONās onboarding experience.
Requirements:
šExperience in developer relations, preferably in blockchain; šStrong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications; šExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus); šProven ability to organize developer-focused events; šTechnical background or hands-on blockchain experience is a plus; šBeing able to travel for events and networking.
