Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Own and close enterprise sales opportunities from initial outreach to signed contracts. 📍Build and manage senior relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Transformation, and Shared Services leaders. 📍Position Xalts’ AI agents as a transformative solution across treasury and finance workflows. 📍Partner with internal pre-sales, and product teams to shape compelling demos, proposals, and commercial structures. 📍Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with enterprise stakeholders. 📍Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets. 📍Contribute field insights to influence product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
📍Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance or MBA preferred with 6–10 years of experience in consulting or enterprise 📍Strong understanding and experience of selling into financial services space, corporate Treasury and Trade Finance. 📍Excellent commercial instincts, communication skills, and executive presence. 📍Prior experience with technology-led finance transformation, automation, or treasury systems is a strong plus. 📍High ownership mindset — able to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
