Job Summary
Your Impact
šLead the entire sales process; identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline with large institutional and enterprise accounts šAlign and drive sales initiatives with company goals šCommunicate efficiently and effectively with partners, investors, and customers šUtilize and maintain an organized CRM to help with sales forecasting accuracy and consistency šProvide product support for customers both pre and post-sales šProvide the product and engineering teams with customersā feedback to provide insight and data to help identify potential opportunities within the market šIdentify and leverage solutions to reduce sales and customer support costs šContribute to customer satisfaction-driven sales performance KPIs šCreate monthly reports for key customers including financial reports to customers as requested šRepresent company and educate prospective customers at conferences, trade shows, and private events šPerform other duties as assigned
Role Requirement
š5+ years quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or equivalent, preferably in a tech/crypto/blockchain startup or project šAbility to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology šDeep understanding of blockchain ecosystem šExperience in B2B SAAS/Infrastructure sales šHigh energy and team-player mentality šAn ability to engage with customers to discern their product and partner-related needs šAbility to act independently / be proactive in an effort to source, progress, close new business šExcellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to be prompt and responsive to a breadth of customer expectations šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills šA willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space
