Your Impact

šŸ“Lead the entire sales process; identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline with large institutional and enterprise accounts šŸ“Align and drive sales initiatives with company goals šŸ“Communicate efficiently and effectively with partners, investors, and customers šŸ“Utilize and maintain an organized CRM to help with sales forecasting accuracy and consistency šŸ“Provide product support for customers both pre and post-sales šŸ“Provide the product and engineering teams with customers’ feedback to provide insight and data to help identify potential opportunities within the market šŸ“Identify and leverage solutions to reduce sales and customer support costs šŸ“Contribute to customer satisfaction-driven sales performance KPIs šŸ“Create monthly reports for key customers including financial reports to customers as requested šŸ“Represent company and educate prospective customers at conferences, trade shows, and private events šŸ“Perform other duties as assigned

Role Requirement

šŸ“5+ years quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or equivalent, preferably in a tech/crypto/blockchain startup or project šŸ“Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology šŸ“Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystem šŸ“Experience in B2B SAAS/Infrastructure sales šŸ“High energy and team-player mentality šŸ“An ability to engage with customers to discern their product and partner-related needs šŸ“Ability to act independently / be proactive in an effort to source, progress, close new business šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to be prompt and responsive to a breadth of customer expectations šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills šŸ“A willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space
