Job Summary
What you'll lead:
📍Lead people and mission: build a strong team culture. Keep the group focused on outcomes, quality, and delivery. 📍Own a critical part of the platform: you’re accountable for a major system area (pipeline, detection, response, or LLM workflows) and its production health. 📍Plan and execute: turn strategy into milestones, make trade-offs, and deliver predictably without losing speed. 📍Make decisions: you’ll be expected to take calls under uncertainty. You’ll have backing and support to do it. 📍Communicate clearly: align product, engineering, and stakeholders. Set expectations early. Keep priorities transparent. 📍Raise the bar: coaching, hiring, performance feedback, and building an environment where strong engineers do their best work.
