Job Summary
About the position:
šManage and grow a team focused on tooling development. šProvide great user experiences for our partners who integrate with and/or build on the Polkadot network. šDefine the roadmap and priorities for the team to have the biggest impact. šWork with cutting-edge, decentralised protocols.
About you:
šExperience leading and growing teams of 10-20 people or more. šEngineering background, ability to work effectively with protocol engineers. šApplication development experience, you know how to bridge the gap from low-level protocols to make a great higher-level application development experience. šAbility to prioritise and identify the most impactful projects. šCan develop solutions and product ideas from scratch and execute on their creation.
