What You’ll Do:

📍Email Campaign Development: Design, code (HTML), and deploy responsive email templates using Braze, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility. 📍Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and manage targeted, personalized email campaigns that support customer lifecycle goals—including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. 📍A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, design, and send times to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. 📍Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize Braze's advanced segmentation tools to deliver hyper-targeted content and personalized customer journeys. 📍Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team in Figma to develop visually compelling email assets that align with brand guidelines. 📍Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze email performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to refine and optimize future campaigns. 📍Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all emails comply with CPNI, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations while optimizing deliverability and minimizing bounce rates.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

📍3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. 📍Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and a strong understanding of email best practices. 📍Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar customer engagement platforms). 📍Experience working with Figma to collaborate on and deliver email designs. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. 📍Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. 📍Knowledge of email deliverability, compliance standards, and accessibility best practices. 📍Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 📍Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
